FOUNDERS
Strada Multiperkasa Ltd. was founded by the family of Adju Sartono (dec.), who was the father of Mr. Leo Ibrani (CivilEng), Mr. Antonius Lasmindar (CivilEng)(dec.), Mr.Luwis Tursina(ElecEng), Ms. Linda Nursanti(BEcon) and Ms. Lena Kesumawaty (BEcon), and who was also the father-in-law of Mrs. Lina Soegito(BBA), on the 5th of October 1992, which coincided with the 47th anniversary of Indonesian National Army, under the Notarial Document by Notary Suwanto (LL.B.) number 18, located in Pontianak.

The company was registered in Supreme Court of Pontianak under number 19/PT.PENDAF/1994/PN.PTK on the 30th of April 1994 and had obtained Legacy Establishment from Ministry of Justice Republic of Indonesia number C2.11240.HT.01.01-TH’93 on the 22nd of October 1993. The latest Act Change number 45 on the 20th of August 2010 certified by Notary Suwanto (LL.B) in Pontianak, had been acknowledged by Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia number AHU-44663.AH.01.02. in 2010 on the 20th September 2010.

EXPERIENCE
Throughout the life of the company, Strada Multiperkasa Ltd. has successfully concluded vital and strategic projects, exemplar gratia, Trans Kalimantan Highway, such as the construction of new highway Pontianak – Tayan (95km) and Balai Bekuak – Aur Kuning – Sandai – Nanga Tayap – Border of Central Kalimantan, also the construction of multi spans of steel -framed bridge, land clearing and transmigration estate, and establishment of Logging roads, airport, dock/seaport throughout the West Kalimantan.

Central government projects utilising foreign aid funding that had been contracted by Strada Multiperkasa Ltd was the construction of the new Pontianak – Tayan (BF 17) highway, for which Trans Kalimantan Highway received its funding from Asian Development Bank and Government of Indonesia and Sei Duri – Singkawang highway (EIB 20) effective length of 15,430 km on the year of 2003 thru 2004 and (EIB-164G) effective length of 19,204 Km on the year of 2008 thru 2009 which received its funding from World Bank and Government of Indonesia and Trans Kalimantan Highway Balai Berkuak - Aur Kuning2 , effective length of 34 km constructed by Asphaltic Hotmix on the year of 2008-2010 ( Multi Years Contract).
